This 2004 multimedia body of work captures the interplay between tattoo and outward expression of personal identity. Some of the methods used are nontraditional portraiture combined with interview, wood sculpture adorned with ink and woodburning of stereotypical "identities" with corresponding images, paintings of real and false tattoos, and digital images designed to evoke movement.
